Fight No. 1 - Kirsty Vs. The Bearded Dragon of Woe
It was an eerie foggy day within the Midlands of England, when I ventured into the Farm Park under orders from my Geography Master, who wished the other students and I to learn about the diversification that Farms had to undertake due to the evil of capitalisation. Although that is a tale for another day.

This chill, October morning drove me into the Reptile room, where I observed the vicious snakes and adorable Turtles, one of which will someday be mine, and called Brains. It was about then that I noticed a sign of warning hung next to one of the glass cases. It read, THERE ARE NEW BEARDED DRAGONS IN THE CAGE, DO NOT BE ALARMED IF THEY FIGHT AMOUNGST THEMSELVES, AS THEY ARE SIMPLY ESTABLISHING A PECKING ORDER.
I looked into the cage.

The one which was to become my enemy pushed another off the central branch at that point to make room for himself. Some lay looking bored and unsuprised at the base of the branch, gloomily glancing at their surroundings. I wasn't having any of that.
I yelled, loud and clear, "You sir! You are despicable! Give that other Bearded Dragon his space back!"
The Bearded Dragon of Woe, recognising an enemy of another species nodded his head at me, I assumed this was a challenge, so I responded with similar inclination of the head.
The Bearded Dragon of Woe stood up in outrage that anyone should dare defy him! So he nodded again in disbelief. I nodded back.
This time he ran to the glass, unable to advance any further, (which was lucky, cause he'd have bitten my arm off in one swipe of his terrible jaws) and shook his head like a bough of livid leaves. The others in the tank looked like they were laughing at him. And I realised at that moment I was bigger and better than the Bearded Dragon of Woe. So I stepped back, and left the room.

And that is how I taught the Bearded Dragon of Woe humility.
